An official recognition badge system open exclusively to WiN Canada members to assess, recognize and celebrate your companies gender equality initiatives as you fulfill your commitments to Equal by 30.
The badges are awarded to companies that demonstrate measurable progress in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), ensuring accountability and that consistent quality standards are met.
WiN Canada wants to recognize your hard work and celebrate your achievements.
Participants receive a detailed report with expert recommendations based on rigorous, evidence-based methodologies.
Independent third-party reviews are a best practice for evaluating DEI progress.

This accreditation will become a nuclear industry standard, enabling consistent evaluation across companies.
CEC previously supported WiN in building Canada’s Gender Balance Roadmap through nation-wide member consultations.
Badges will be provided virtually immediately following each assessment, and formally publicly awarded at the Annual WiN Conference in October.
The application contains a series of multiple-choice questions and optional open-ended text boxes, designed to capture detailed information about the actions your organization has taken towards the Equal by 30 campaign and broader DEI activities.
There are five badges available, each with their own unique assessment process. The length of each assessment will depend on the size of your organization and the type of badge you are looking to obtain.
